Since 2016, Michael Pellegrino has been offering yoga nidra meditation classes in the Niagara Region operating as Meditate With Michael. We are pleased to have Michael offering his teachings to our clients.

The coaching industry is quickly expanding! People are realizing the effectiveness of having someone hold them accountable and live in the present moment. Whatever the situation may be, a coach helps someone reach their goals in the quickest way possible.
Coaching is a strategy to help individuals set clear, concise and achievable goals while developing their capabilities and equipping them with the broader skills that allow them to achieve success. Individuals who are coached see the value in working together through mutual trust, respect, integrity, and compassion. Intangible benefits also enhance the effectiveness of coaching. They include increased confidence of those being coached, improved communication, and better relationships.
HOW WE WORK
The success of any coaching relationship is always determined by both the perspective given by the coach and the follow through by the client. This process is known as accountability. Scheduled appointments and action steps will be agreed upon and accountability to both the process and the agreements made during each coaching session will determine the success of the coaching process. The coach will offer suggestions, options, and coaching, based on the coach’s own life and professional experience, and will work with the client to identify solutions. Any decision about a course of action is ultimately the client’s.

Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling.
Coaching teaches clients the broader skills that allow them to achieve success.
One-on-one coaching sessions are held at our offices or via telephone or skype.
The first appointment is a 60-90 minute intake session. Each additional appointment is a 55 minute session.
Coaching usually results in big changes, but they do not happen quickly; transformation takes time. Progress and change happen at rates that are unique to each individual. The coaching relationship will require the necessary time to develop and progress through objectives, obstacles and successes that occur.
